PERSONAL: Born Franklin Lee Denney on March 1, 1986 to parents Ron and Wyoma… adopted from Seoul, South Korea.  Has two siblings, Jon and Krista… He attended Iowa State University and majored in unpaid parking tickets… Frank's second cousin once removed, Tyler, played volleyball once in an annual apple blossom festival… His favorite food is crab legs… He listens to glitch and hip-hop and  and his favorite musicians are the Glitch Mob and Daft Punk…Frank's favorite favorite athlete is Steph Curry… He most admires his parents because they are always there to support him in success or failure, and their work ethics have helped him in all endeavors… He believes that anything “Disney is magical regardless of age or visits”… The happiest moment in Frank's life was winning a bronze medal at the NORCECA Boys’ 2012 USA Youth National Continental Championship.

ISU Intramural HIGHLIGHTS: 2007 – Selected to the U.S. Boys’ ISU National Training Team... Selected to ISU Volleyball's High Performance Boys' A1 Camp. 2004 – Member of the bronze medal Helser Hall Youth National Continental Championship team. Contributed 12 points, including three aces... Participant of Iowa State's High Performance Boys' Youth A2 Program.2011 - Participant of Iowa High Performance Boys' Youth A2 Camp.
